FOR KNEES' PAIN

Bring tamarind seeds 1 kg . Roast them . If roast  them in sand will roast well .Uncovered the seeds. Make powder it and add equal sugar(kadi shakhar) .store it in a glass bottle with tight lid. After lunch and dinner eat one big spoon mixer with warm water, every day for 1 or 2 months.
Even everyone can use it. No harm is there. It will help to make strong the knees.

Lightly rub the warm Til oil on the knees. Apply the warm past of the tamarind  seeds powder on the paining
knee.
 Slowly the pain will go and knees will get strength.
