Your HEALTH is in your hand.
1.Use fresh lemon juice or sugarcane juice instead of cold drinks.
2. Eat thati nunjalu (palm tree) to prevent hot of the summer.
3. Try to eat most times season fruits and raw vegetables like cucumber, carrot,radish and etc.
4. Drink fresh coconut water.
