1.   MOTION


If you are suffering with LOOSE motions frequently, then 

1. DAILY  USE CURD OR BUTTER MILK.
2. THREE TIMES IN A DAY.
3.CONTINUOUSLY EIGHT  DAYS.
IT  CLEANS THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM
IT REGULARIZED THE DIGESTION AND MOTIONS.

 2. MOTION  [DIARRHOEA]

IF YOU ARE SUFFERING WITH VERY WATERY LOSE MOTIONS, THEN,

1.TAKE BITTER GOURD'S LEAVES (KAKARA KAYA AAKULA  AKULU IN TELUGU)
2. AND POMEGRANTE'S  LEAVES (DANIMMA AKULU.) EQUALLY.            
 3. GRIND WELL AND LAID DOWN TO
 4. APPLY THE JUICE AROUND THE " NABHI".
5 AS IT DRY , AGAIN AND AGAIN APPLY THE JUICE.
6.AFTER 1 HOUR YOU CAN GET UP.
IT WILL GIVE GOOD RESULT AND QUICK RELIEF.
