6.AFTER 1 HOUR YOU CAN GET UP.
IT WILL GIVE GOOD RESULT AND QUICK RELIEF.

Are you tired of PIMPLES ?

Then try  ; - 
                        1. Take a JOYPHAL/ JAJIKAYA/NUT MEG and made  smooth past by rubbing on stone.
                        2. Apply that past on pimples very smoothly.
                        3. Let that dry or wait for 15 mins.
                        4. Slowly wash it  with water , don't rub.
                        5. After that slowly apply the ice cube on face.
                        6. Let it dry. don't use any cloth.
                        7. Do this daily two times .You can find the pimples no more.

1.Cleaning the stomach:---

1 . Stomach is the store of diseases . So we should keep clean our stomach daily two times.

2 . Before going to bed drink half cup of MONACO juice or 4\5 drops ERANDI  oil .

3 . Early morning drink water more as you can.

4 . Before going to eat anything drink water.

5. Eat fabric food more.

6 . Eat fruits like banana, papaya.

MUDRA FOR EYES


   

  1. Mudra:-  Hands' little and ring fingers' tops join with Thumb's top and slightly press them.
  2. Time:- Keep in this way from 15 to 45 mnts.
  3. When;- You can do this Mudra whenever you want, wherever you want. While walking ,talking ,sleeping and sitting also you can.
  4. Within  one month you can find better sight.
  5.  Continuity of this Mudra can decrease your specs no. if you have  specs.
  6. Regularity Mudra gives you everlasting good eye sight.
  7. So, start now and get ready to enjoy by seeing the nature.

Keeping your eyes clean

keeping eyes clean

  1. wash your eyes with cool water in the morning very well for 5 minutes.

2. take some water in your palm and cover your eye with the cupped water. Repeat the same with the other eye.

3. keep both the palms together filled with water. Cover your eye with the cupped water. Blink the eye in the water. Repeat with the other eye. This can be also done with a wide plate or cup and can do with both the eyes together.

Make sure that water used is clean.
 or

4. soak some pieces of 
    1. karakkayalu, (in telugu),
    2. some pieces of thanekayalu          (,,       ) and
    3. some pieces of uisirikayalu (              ,,    ) before night. 

     wash your eyes with this filtered water .
    
    It helps all verities of weaknesses to be removed and will keep eyes very healthy and clear.
     

A little effort will keep you safe and healthy.

    1. Eyes are the light of the body
    For good eye sight: -

    (1).   juice of onion- 1\2tspoon; 
    pure honey- 10 gms; 
    Mix it well and add  Bhim sen karpur 2grms. Take a clean dried glass of small bottle and store the juice in it. At night before going to sleep put this mixer to eyes like kajal.

    (2). Early in the morning, when you get-up from the bed, take your spit in your palm and nicely rub with two hands, until palms get warm and put your palms on your eyes for few minutes, after that open your eyes slowly.

                 Within one month you can find your sight is improved.
                   No harm.Try and get your vision well.
